Cloud Infrastructure Services Providers in Israel (CISPI) is incorporated as an Israeli non-profit company. Our main missions are to develop the understanding of the use of public cloud computing services in Israel and to promote their use in the most responsible way, driving Israel towards an innovative, dynamic , productive, fair, and globally competitive data economy.
Work as a professional organization for the cloud community, with the assistance of prominent infrastructure suppliers, Cloud users, Government and us- IaaS – PaaS – SaaS



OUR MISSION


Develop the understanding of and promote the use of cloud infrastructure services in Israel assuring fair competition practices and honoring customer’s choice.

Develop and promote the public cloud computing services by customers, Israeli Institutions, national governmental entities, competent supervisory authorities, and professional organizations in the private and public sector

Develop, manage and update a data protection Code of Conduct for Public Cloud Computing Services Providers to guide customers in assessing whether public cloud computing services are suitable for the processing of personal data that they wish to perform, and will aspire to work in cooperation with the EU CISPE guidelines; TBD / Euro Cloud .

Data Protection Code of Conduct on top of the required compliance to meet with the Israeli privacy legislation, the code also ensures that IaaS customers can choose where their data will be located and processed, and that the supplier will not re-use a customer's data

Serve as the cloud communities' professional organization, contributing to the establishment of a smart cloud framework, self regulate advanced technologies and be a source of knowledge for the market and the government.

Yafit Lev-Aretz
Yafit Lev-Aretz is an assistant professor of law at the Zicklin School of Business (Baruch College, City University of New York), and the Director of Tech Ethics program at the Zicklin Center for Corporate Integrity. Professor Lev-Aretz is a tech policy expert with over fifteen years of experience in studying and operationalizing the relationship between law, technology, and society. She has written and published extensively about various tech policy issues including information privacy, emerging financial technologies, algorithmic decision-making, and more. Her works appeared in leading academic journals such as The Harvard Journal of Law and Technology and The Yale Journal of Law and Technology as well as in popular media outlets such as NBC, Forbes, and TechCrunch.

Moshe Ferber
Moshe Ferber is an entrepreneur, investor, popular industry speaker and cloud security evangelist. Working on building the next generation of cyber security solutions. In his 20 years of experience in information security, Moshe served as high ranking manager in large corporations, founder of innovative startups, frequent lecturer at cyber conferences and major contributor to various cloud education programs and certifications.


David Weiss
David has joined the non-profit organization with the belief and a strong desire to advance technological activities and social impact.
David has vast experience in various roles, including management and development in technology, teaching, and education.
Moreover, David has initiated and participated in varied and diverse social activities, some of which were awarded international prizes. These activities make the world a better place.
David is a member of the municipal committee of education in the city of Jerusalem.
His credo holds that Cloud Technologies are an integral part of the world of development. He believes that this vital step must be accessible to the public. Therefore, he joined the organization.

Skilled in High Performance Computing and cloud (AWS) technologies, Public clouds, Data centers projects design and delivery, Storage Area Network (SAN), NAS, Servers Architecture, Storage and DevOps. Strong information technology professional with a B.Sc focused on Electronics engineering from Afeka College and M.Sc in the field of Technology Management from HIT (Holon Institute of Technology).
Seasoned manager with vast experience of building "ground up" of HPC Technology center @ Weizmann Institute of Science, the worldwide remarkable
research institution.
Design, manage and operate the biggest campus HPC site involving integration with Unified Identity Management, users management life cycle, HPC oriented storage subsystem for various workloads.


Dalit Ben-Israel

Dalit Ben-Israel is an expert in the fields of Computer, Information Technology, Cyber, Privacy and Data Protection Law. Dalit is a partner in the Israeli law firm Naschitz, Brandes & Amir and is the head of the IT and Data Protection Practice. Holds LL.B and LL.M degrees from the University of Tel-Aviv. Dalit represents some of the largest local and multinational companies in the Information Technology field and has handled some of the largest information technology transactions in Israel. Dalit is an IAPP member, a current Co-Chair of the IAPP Tel-Aviv KnowledgeNet, frequently writes for publications on privacy and cyber related issues and lectures and provides training in Israeli privacy and European data privacy legislation (especially GDPR) compliance issues.

Eyal Estrin is a cloud architect, with 20 years of experience in IT, information security and cloud services from various industries (Hi-Tech, Pharma, Banking and Academia). Working with cloud services since 2015. Cloud and security related certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CISA and CCSK.
Eyal is a columnist in public professional web sites, and constantly shares knowledge via social media.
